Top 10 anti ageing treatments you should be having now!

Top 10 anti ageing treatments you should be having now!

If you are serious about restoring your youthful appearance, whilst still looking natural and refined. Here are the top 10 aesthetic and injectable treatments I offer in my Biggleswade,Bedfordshire salon to anti age you.

1. Botox or baby Botox.

Botox is used to inhibit muscle movement in the treated area. This can smooth forehead lines, crows feet, and static lines. This allows the skin to appear line free and smooth. If you would like a more subtle result I can also lower the dosage and provide baby Botox as a preventative method. This will allow you to still make facial expressions, whilst the skin appears smoother.

2. Dermal filler.

Dermal filler is made up of hyaluronic acid, the same structure as our natural collagen. This is injected to restore facial volume loss in places such as; the cheeks, chin, jaw, lips, temples and places that have become hollow due to ageing.

3. Microneedling.

After 30 we lose 1% of collagen per year. When it comes to stimulating collagen, the skin needs a micro injury to trigger a collagen producing response. Microneedling will cause this and trigger the body into producing more collagen. Think of this treatment as an investment in your skin’s future. Your skin will appear brighter, glowy and more youthful. If you have pesky acne scarring it will also have an incredible effect at removing this too.
Ps. It doesn’t hurt and you will only be slightly red afterwards.

4. Radio frequency.

Radio frequency is a heated device that reaches a temperature of 40degrees. This heat stimulates collagen synthesis ( the production of new collagen.) The treatment is highly relaxing with a soft warming effect, whilst simultaneously rejuvenating your skin.

5. Chemical peels.

If you are a sun worshipper, it’s likely you’ve noticed some pigmentation by now. Pigmentation can be very ageing and stubborn to remove. Superficial chemical peels can reduce pigmentation, fine lines, scarring and wrinkles. The treatment provides a gentle tingle whilst it works its magic and the results are instant. Treatments should be repeated every 6-8 weeks.

6. Skin boosters.

If you’re not ready to have dermal filler, skin boosters are the ultimate route to hydration for that bouncy and youthful glow. An injectable hyaluronic acid is placed across 5 points of the face to increase collagen, plump fine lines and hydrate your skin. Treatments should be repeated 1-2 times a year.

7. Hydrofacials.

Dry skin can look dull and crepey. Hydrofacials work to remove imperfections in the skin such as blackheads and sebum, whilst flooding the skin with hydration. This relaxing facial will make you seriously glow.

8. Under eye skin boosters.

Dark circles? Hollow under eyes? Under eye skin boosters can reduce hereditary dark circles and age related under eye bags/hollowing. This treatment stimulates collagen whilst brightening the under eyes for good. Treatments should be repeated 1-2 times a year.

9. Microcurrent.

A lunch break face lift or should I say face workout for the facial muscles. This treatment delivers controlled current to the facial muscles to lift, scalp and contour the face.

10. Polynucleotides. AKA salmon sperm!

Derived from salmon dna, polynucleotides work to stimulate collagen, reduce skin laxity, brighten and rejuvenate the skin structure. This isn’t a filler. This is the secret to younger looking skin.
